    Skydiving or Paragliding

We are headed to Malibu to see our daughter and grand baby and my wife wants to go either skydiving or paragliding for my 57th birthday. Which do you recommend?

Have you considered parasailing? It takes less preparation than the other two and you're more likely to live through it. Besides, it's fun.

My wife went paragliding in the Tetons this summer. It was really weird to watch someone sort of glide off of a mountain. She loved it.
I'll bet it was cheaper than skydiving and she didn't have to take a class or anything (since she was strapped to a guide).
She was in the air for somewhere around 20-25 minutesParagliding in the Tetons.jpg.

Solon, that is awesome. We camp every summer at Colter Bay on Jackson Lake and will definitely be checking this out.
