    Dating as LDS

As someone who grew up LDS in SLC, still lives here, and has older, unmarried LDS female friends, I found this article interesting

The bottom line is that young LDS women outnumber young LDS men about 5-1. The church knows this and the lowering of the mission age was one of the responses to this.

“True, we [lawyers] build no bridges. We raise no towers. We construct no engines. We paint no pictures - unless as amateurs for our own principal amusement. There is little of all that we do which the eye of man can see. But we smooth out difficulties; we relieve stress; we correct mistakes; we take up other men's burdens and by our efforts we make possible the peaceful life of men in a peaceful state.”

Meridian Magazine really outdid themselves with this piece about the evils of comprehensive sex education. (Because abstinence only is such a success story.) The guy who shared it on FB says "The days of leaving it to our public schools are over!"
