I'm ready for Shawn and Methuselah Honeysuckle. I've got the DVR warmed up and everything.
My 15 Year old daughter talked me into watching some episodes during Christmas break. Cleverly written, very likeable cast. I'm hooked. Has had surprisingly decent critical reviews. If you haven't seen it, give it a look.Originally Posted by Chad Sexington

Yep, one of my favorite shows. Doesn't really fit in with the grit and/or basic cable violence (or more) of the popular non-network shows these days. But Shawn and Gus feel like old friends and there is usually a lot of wit about the episodes. I think Psych peaked a couple seasons ago but still a very good show.
Perhaps I should give it a try? There is so little on tv - network or satellite/cable - that interests me.

Garth, it is silly good fun. Just enough cliff hanging, just enough drama (very little) and a whole lotta silliness.
I love it.
All 6 seasons are on Netflix. Watch the pilot first. You'll find a nice alternative to the CRAP elsewhere.

That's just it, the writers couldn't care less if people understand the inside jokes or not. The whole deal is very tongue in cheek. Hilarious.
