How Much Would You Pay for 6 lbs of USDA Prime, Boneless Prime Rib?

I'm doing a little market research. A number of online stores sell beef, but only a few sell USDA Prime. Prime beef is highly marbled, and consists of the top 1%-2% of all cattle killed in the US. A 6-lb Prime Rib would be around 7-8 inches long, and could be cooked as a roast or cut into steaks and grilled. Looking at what people are charging, including shipping, it looks like they are pricing their Prime, Prime Ribs at $25-$30/lb or about $160 for a 6/lb package. Shipping on the product is roughly $35.

My question for you, is what would you pay, and would you pay for shipping to get it soon, or wait 6-8 weeks for a delivery truck to bring it to you for a $20 discount? A poll is coming soon, as soon as I can complete the questions. Some of you know why I'm doing this research, but I'd prefer that be kept among us. Thanks for your participation.

I'd wait for delivery if they're mortifying the meat on the way. Then I wouldn't have to mortify at home.
