He did not get his degree so he cannot sign until Feb and will not likely be here for spring.

If it gets you where you want to be, I believe this falls under the "Cost Of Doing Business" category these days.

As far as I can tell, the only school that has never recovered from any sanctions levied was SMU.

SMU might be the only team hurt by sanctions. USC only had 10 win seasons, Penn St is still a great team, Miami stayed the same, Ohio State went undefeated. Heck, only one or two kids left Penn St and they could leave penalty free.

The point is, recruits don't care about sanctions. They care about winning and the NFL.
