How do you think Star's recent medical problem will effect his draft position. Will it scare teams off? Or will his stock remain as high as it was now that he has been cleared?

How do you think Star's recent medical problem will effect his draft position. Will it scare teams off? Or will his stock remain as high as it was now that he has been cleared?

He'll probably fall, but I think the overall feeling should be relief that the medical condition was discovered while he's young.
It'll cost him some money in the short-run, but with the CBA, the ridiculous rookie contracts are gone. If he plays well, he'll make big money with that second contract (just like everyone else).

Plus, this way he can probably avoid being a Raider. Whew!

I think his performance at Utah's Pro Day will solidify his position. If he doesn't participate, he'll drop into the mid-to-late 1st round. If he participates and does ok, he'll be mid-first. If he participates and does well, he'll be in the top 10 with a good shot at going in the top 5 (I don't think being #1 overall is a possibility, in the context of it ever being a possibility).

I think he falls to late in the top ten. If it's much farther than that, then a late pick team is in for a real bargain player in Star.

Utah DT Star Star Lotulelei had 5 different heart tests done (total 9) and all came back with a clean bill of health.

There was a full article in the Tribune. Dr Petron (good guy btw, fixed me multiple times) said the latest test was an MRI, the "gold standard" for Star's issue, and his heart showed no issues and performed like that of a high level athlete
