Final Ken Pomeroy Rankings of 2013 show that Utah is.......

...........the 110th best team in the country.

I don't know how many of you follow kenpom.com, but I love it. I find his rating system to be head and shoulders better than the RPI (no matter which RPI source you use).

110 is hardly a reason to celebrate, but it is our best output since 2009.

I don't even pretend to know, but I have to think we almost set the record for "beginning of season to end of season jump in rankings" as I believe we were at 308 at one point.


why did I post this? I don't know. Recruiting news is slow, and we aren't in the middle of a mass exodus, so I don't really know what to do at this point.

Does KenPom adjust his rankings for games that don't count (i.e. opposing team has a suspension or your team shoots above its season average or plays really well while honoring a deceased former coach)? ;)
