Tom looks to be packing a few pounds around the waist.
That's odd...I swear some poly kid from CA committed to Utah last week.
What a spectacular post.
What was Jeff Lebowski's dick move?
Did the same artist that used to do The Children's Friend make that cover?
Yikes.
The subject does the same to me.
Why are these people the way they are?
If God exists, why do some of these people come this way? Why are there hermaphrodites, etc.?
This is a very...
Also weird that both these individuals' ecclesiastical leaders on opposite ends of the country served them with notice of church action within 24 hours of one another, isn't it?
Very disappointed with Spain's all-red uniforms. When I think Spain, I think red shirt and blue shorts.
IMO, Pearl Harbor is a must see. I wouldn't plan on rushing that. I'd spend an entire day there to learn the history and appreciate the significance of that place. I was unprepared for the emotional...
I'm not bothered. I'm amused. I'm also thinking I need to partake a bit more in the N20.
Boy, oh boy.
Reading this thread for the first time.
I see I need to break the valves off my nitrous tanks. I'll have what he's having.
Wow.
This may be a signing day where you choose to look the other way.
I went to the game last time the Utes played in Ann Arbor in 2008. I'd like to make the trip again. Not sure its in the cards this year. A lot of changes happening this year. I've got a lot of...
I don't know why it has to be a "no go for sure". I think it could actually be nicely worked into a Ute Tribe appreciation game which I am sure would go a long way towards bringing some attention...
I'm sure by the time it's been built it will be about half the size and constructed of cinderblock.
Really disappointing. WSU has no homecourt advantage. They were without their best player. WSU is a bad team even with him.
No rationalization for this.
Taylor has been an enormous...
Lord help you. I thought 5 of them and afternoon church was bad enough.
The thing about those rankings is this: How good is UCLA? How bad is USC? How good is Washington? WSU looks terrible. Maybe the Bay area, overall, is last?
You know, really, basketball is where the new landscape of college athletics in the State of Utah becomes the most apparent. Moreso than football.
Regarding Au, this is what I found sleuthing on the interwebs:

It would seem has had a non-commitable offer, whatever the hell...
What is the deal with Kaufusi? If he's a BYU guy and BYU's offered him, you'd think he'd commit. Are BYU/Kaufusi hoping he lands some other offers so as to "raise his profile"?
Losing the top 2...
The other advantage they have is that they have a much higher % of subsidized (read: in-state at a public school) student athletes. Not only is tuition overall lower because of LDS church...
Not to mention that both tuition structures at BYU are less costly to their A.D. than almost any other school. Thanks to the monies used to run the school which come from the LDS church.
Yes, this is true. There is an "actual cost" per student. The issue is that, like BYU with member tuition being subsidized by the LDS church, the in-state tuition is subsidized at the U. by the...
You do a great job, if only tangentially, of showing how tithing dollars do support BYU athletics. Those low tuitions are the result the LDS church heavily subsidizing the cost of education at BYU.
And, also, many of the power brokers have ties to the BYU and have no problem with twisting the knife financially just to stick it to the U.
