A cup of sugar is being generous, I think the recipe is a pound of brown sugar per pound of pork, add cooks Coca-Cola, and slow cook.

Lonestar is fantastic.
Anyone who thinks there is not good Mexican in Utah has never been to Lonestar, Chungas, or any of the various taco carts.
