What the hey???
I'm here. I just read more than I write.
I am still surprised that the refs called that last charge on UW. It felt like that type of contact had been called a block (both ways) all night.
The head-smack flagrant turned the game.

Sigh.
That was absolutely atrocious.
It's okay to lose sometimes.
But not by 39.... yuck.
I also think that the season is too long. The Utes played 14 games spread out over something like 18 or 19 weeks. That's a long time for kids to stay dialed in. I think the Utes peaked vs. UCLA.
Nothing against Texas. They clearly earned it tonight, but I think there's something to Sancho's thought. They're just college kids. They play with a lot of emotion.
The program is just not there yet, I guess.
There's no shame in losing but I hate watching the team quit trying (at least, that's how it looks to me).
Overall, the future is bright. Gotta...
I'm not sure what to think.
These last two games were embarrassing.
Ugh. Not a pretty first half.
We do have a Larry K. thread that took me awhile to find since it hasn't been posted to in 4.5+ years.
I'm not going to merge them, but I'm going to bump it.
Here it is:

Seattle Ute pointed out that the "Fire Larry Krystkowiak" Thread wasn't really focusing on firing Larry at all - and he suggested we merge the content.
(see here:...
Well, that sucked.
Give Oregon credit. They looked great.
At least it wasn't a heartbreaker.
I had most of the game to get used to the loss.
We're so lucky to have Kyle.
I hope there's a statue of him on campus someday. Preferably showing him calling for an onside kick vs. Wyoming, or shirtless riding a tamed cougar.
Sort of. They opened their season on thurs, sept 5 and have only played 1 game.
ISU is a middle-of-the-pack Big Sky team. They should put up a fight in the early going. My main hope is no...
To a point, yes. USC is one of the worst offenders, though, and so that's why I picked on them.
The most expensive school in the country is Harvey Mudd, and it's within about $1000 of USC's per...
USC is gross. Tuition alone is north of $57K.
The school unapologetically lists yearly costs at over $77,000. That's $300K for 4 years (hopefully, you can finish in 4 years)

That's great! I am surprised at how many lines in a row he goes. He has really good inflection too.
I think this is an old video since the caption shows him as Mayor of London.

Excellent posts today, folks.
It's hard to explain
In any given year, I would trade a 1-win football season and a blow-out loss to the byu for an Elite 8 or Final-4 appearance in the NCAA.
I watch more Big Sky football than I am comfortable admitting.
Weber's defense has been really good the last couple of years.
Obviously. Barefield was huge last night, but I was also happy to see the Utes out-rebound ASU, and Tillman make good on the 3-point threat (PVD had a couple of outstanding 3s too).
I have to...

This was nice:
It’s embarrassing.
Luckily, it’s December. I think we will see improvement.
I was in and out watching the game while I was at the gym.
i had to check the box score midway through the second...
It’s hard for me to be very upset. Washington was the better team tonight. With a half-decent kicker, Washington probably has 9 more points.
Defense did all it could do. Offense was pretty bad. I...
