For anyone interested... the Spartan Race (Beast) is June 28 at Soldier Hollow.

My team just registered for this years race. 10-12 miles of race course, hill climbs, and obstacles... Come get muddy and have some fun while working out.

Still six months to go and the race registration is half full already... This is hard work, but it is fun.
