Who was the best dual-threat QB Utah faced this year? Solomon at Arizona? Yeah, we lost that game too.
Mariota and Oregon would have killed this Clemson team, just like they did FSU last season. But Utah was better this year than 2014.

The fact that life evolved out of nearly nothing, some 10 billion years after the universe evolved out of literally nothing, is a fact so staggering that I would be mad to attempt words to do it justice.

I would have enjoyed watching Stanford vs these two teams.

Alabama and Clemson both had a tougher SOS and had better defenses in terms of yards and points compared to Utah.

I'll defend Utah here and say while Bama's defense is better, no way do we allow a QB like Jake Coker to average nearly 14 YPA. That said, Clemson was handicapped significantly with key injuries in its secondary. At full strength there, Clemson probably wins. Alabama had no answer for Watson, which is the case for 100 percent of college teams facing a dual threat Heisman finalist QB.

I'm sure this is because they hate BYU. I'll go to CB and see what they think of my theory.

No no. It's because they're trying to hold the LDS church down.

great stuff from Jon Wilner about expansion (Big XII and PAC-12) on twitter today.

Wilner made the mistake of telling BYU if they had any value they would be in a P5 conference already. And then Wilner had to defend himself from an onsluaght of Y tweets for the next couple of hours. Great stuff I didn't know about the PAC-12 expansion a few years back. Wilner said at one point the conference had a 24 school model
