that read option with a screen pass built in is so hard to stop when run correctly. Very good execution from Thompson.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

I'm starting to think Orchard was very underrated. Still no sacks on the year.

So I said to David Eckstein, "You promised me, Eckstein, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I noticed that during the most trying periods of my life, there have only been one set of prints in the sand. Why, when I have needed you most, have you not been there for me?" David Eckstein replied, "Because my little legs had gotten tired, and you were carrying me." And I looked down and saw that I was still carrying David Eckstein.

that was Star-esque from the USU d-lineman.

Maybe we can chip and sloe down the gunner long enough for Covey to get a nice return.

USU looks like they're starting to wilt a little bit. Keeton doesn't look right.

I kind of like that wheel route usu runs. Feels like we could run that with Williams and have success.

Injuries aside... we are not impressive on either side of the ball. WTF?

We need to play better than this or conference play sure isn't gonna be pretty.

I'm surprised by the result (i predicted a blowout), but I'm not concerned yet...long season and the like. If Wilson is out for an extended period of time, Thompson is going to need to prove he can play the QB position.

Maybe that Gionni pick (after the pressure on Chuckie) was the knockout blow. Now we need to eat up clock.

Wilson's stats looked pretty damn good before he got hurt. I hope his injury isn't severe.

Yeah that isn't good at all, but what really scares me... I don't think USU is very good.

I hope I'm wrong about that.

Well, it's nice to get the win but it was a costly one. Time for Kyle to take stock of who's left standing & coach 'em up.
