For Valentine's day it's a spontaneous trip to the animal hospital for me and my wife. Babysitting my daughters dog and the dog chewed threw a plastic rat trap and ate the poison inside. Sigh.
They've induced vomiting and she'll have to have a couple days of liquid charcoal treatments, but fortunately she'll be ok.

update: the dog is doing fine. She's part Husky/German Shepard. The vet said she vomited a bunch of plastic from the rat trap, the poison from the trap and a freaking sock. That dog is a menace! And I may have taken a hit of ever being able to be left alone with potential grand kids.
