    Ugh. This is awful.

Former Utes football coach Ron McBride’s dog was mauled to death at a Murray kennel. Now he and his family are suing.

For Valentine's day it's a spontaneous trip to the animal hospital for me and my wife. Babysitting my daughters dog and the dog chewed threw a plastic rat trap and ate the poison inside. Sigh.

They've induced vomiting and she'll have to have a couple days of liquid charcoal treatments, but fortunately she'll be ok.

    So romantic.

Yep. Having a dog in the family is something like having a child or grandchild. Except they never become teenagers.

update: the dog is doing fine. She's part Husky/German Shepard. The vet said she vomited a bunch of plastic from the rat trap, the poison from the trap and a freaking sock. That dog is a menace! And I may have taken a hit of ever being able to be left alone with potential grand kids.
