Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
It's causing a ton of problems.
It's being used to rob people. Caused at least one accident in Texas when someone parked in the middle of the road to capture something.
It's certainly increasing call volume as people wander all over at all hours oblivious to where they are
